Judo

Judo is a very new sport to Welbeck. January 2008 saw the formation of the Welbeck DSFC Judo Club, A.J.A - affiliated with the Amateur Judo Association. Since formation, regular competitions have taken place in the East Midlands, with some promising fights from relatively new competitors.
The club is currently 15 members strong, and looking to expand with the new intake in September. Our sensei, Mr Kevin Webster, is a very experienced coach and fighter himself. As the club sport gains popularity we wish to expand to a second session a week.
